In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the article, we will either return the money for the missing items or contact you to discuss the article in question.Is it possible to actually visit the Knutselparade shop?
No, we are a webshop and stock everything in our warehouse. If you prefer, you can pick up an order that you have made via the internet at one of our collection points.
We have the following collection points:
Haarlem (Kloosterstraat 21)
Leiden (Vrouwensteeg 3)
Je kunt dit aangeven bij je bestelling waarna we een berichtje sturen zodra het klaarligt op de gewenste locatie. Je betaalt dan geen verzendkosten. You can indicate this when you place your order and we will send a message as soon as the item is ready for collection at your preferred location. There will then be no shipping costs.

Can I "save" my order?
If you register with us and create an account, it will be possible for you to compile and save an order list over several visits to the website or put interesting articles on your wish list so that you can find them quickly on subsequent visits:
Create an account by registering and logging-in where you see "Sign In" at the top right hand corner of the site's home page.
Your address details will then be filled in and you can use the wish list.
For each item you are interested in you can now choose to either order the article or place it on a "wish list".
If you need to change or update any of your personal or account details, click on "My Account" heading at the bottom of the home page.
Via "wish list" you can add or remove an item, convert it into an order or email it to a friend.
